Per the Cyclo-Vet By-laws, if someone disagrees, you must do the following:
Give the Nominating Committee the name of a member (yourself or another club member in good standing) who has agreed to the position within fifteen days. At that point, an election will occur where all current club members have one vote and the results will be made public on December 1. If no one disputes the proposed nominations, the above five names will be posted on December 1 as well as the Members at Large, and they will take office on January 1, 2013.
