Tour de Trees 2012 Announcement

October 20-21, 2012

This tour takes us to Lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma. As the name implies, this is somewhat of a fall foliage tour. The route circumnavigates the lake as it passes through the communities of Texanna, Porum Landing, Porum, Enterprise and Eufaula. Most riders pause for a treat at an ice cream shop in Eufaula near the end of the ride.

The tour begins and ends at the Dogwood Campground at Lake Eufaula State Park (click here to see a map of the park). Participants may camp (full hook-up sites available) or choose from nearby motels.

There is no fee for this tour. Maps and encouragement are provided.

NOTICE: Due to very poor riding conditions on the US 69 bridge heading north out of Eufaula, we are again this  year discouraging use of the “traditional” Tour de Trees route which went through Eufaula. Please see the information & map link below. This is the same route used last year. There is some construction on this route as well near Porum Landing, so be prepared and use caution.
