If you are looking to buy a chicken coop then I suggest you start by surveying whether or not you think the coop is safe. This would be my number one priority since you always want your chickens to be safe. Then I would survey how spacious the coop is since cramming chickens to close together can cause them to be quite violent towards one another. Next, be sure to look at what kind of materials it was made from. You want to make sure that the materials it is made from can hold up against the harsh weather conditions in your area. However, weather should not be your only concern as you should also worry about if predators can break into your chicken coop and kill your chickens.
